In celebration of World Vegan Day, we have collaborated with Dara Hayes from @our.soul.purpose, also known as @djtigerlily, to create a series go-to recipes that we think are essential to your plant-based repertoire. When you have dishes that are simple to cook, and taste delicious, being vegan can be easy and fun. Together, we have created three go-to recipes that you can make at home yourself:

Recipe: Vegan Mayo

Who knew making vegan mayonnaise could be so simple? In just two minutes, you can throw together three to four ingredients and add some delicious vegan mayo to your next meal.
 

We love making different versions and adding it to dishes like sweet chilli mayo with thick cut potato wedges, wasabi mayo with Spring vegetable rice paper wraps or plain mayo with a classic veggie burger.
 


Nup the Cup

After our hugely successful second Nup the Cup event, we managed to raise over $5,000 for Horse Rescue Australia.
 

"Nup the Cup is an amazing day. Everyone there brings so much love and support. It’s so wonderful seeing such an incredibly diverse variety of people attending and celebrating a day that isn’t focused on the race itself but on having fun and raising money for a good cause." says owner of Bodhi, Heaven Leigh.
