Negroni Week at Bodhi


We've created a limited edition vegan cocktail for Negroni Week, which launches today and runs until Sunday, 10 June. Taking its inspiration from the iconic beverage, yet completely free from animal by-products, the 'Negroni Bianca' is made with Tanqueray Gin, Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur, Dolin Dry Vermouth and a dash of Fee Brothers organic bitters.

Yogis unite this June 

Did you know there is one day on the calendar wholly devoted to yoga? Declared by the United Nations General Assembly back in 2014 to raise awareness of the health benefits associated with the discipline, International Day of Yoga takes place on 21 June each year.

We are yoga advocates here at Bodhi and want to celebrate the day with you! Come by post yoga session and dine with us on the day, and we'll gift you a bespoke beverage or dessert to accompany your main meal. Choose between:

Our special Ginger Yogi mocktail: lime, habanero shrub, mint and sugar syrup  OR Chia seed coconut sago pudding to share between two: served with poached pear, lychee jelly, blood orange and mango ice cream, topped with candied blood orange


Create your own Vivid Cocktail


Can't make it to Vivid this year? Re-create the experience at home with our Strawberries & Cream cocktail, which we're serving during the festival, until 16 June.

Ingredients 45ml Tanqueray Gin 15ml Dolin Sweet Vermouth 20ml lemon juice 10ml sugar syrup 20ml aquafaba  2 strawberries  4-6 mint leaves 

Method 1. Muddle the strawberries and mint, to release flavour 

2. Once muddled, add the gin, vermouth, lemon juice, sugar syrup and aquafaba 3. Shake the combined ingredients vigorously and double strain into coupette glasses 4. Garnish each cocktail serve with a slice of strawberry
