Vegan Pavlova Recipe
Bodhi owner, Heaven Leigh is sharing her favourite vegan pavlova recipe just in time for Christmas so you can still enjoy an Aussie classic this festive season.
Topped with fresh, tropical fruits, Heaven's vegan pavlova recipe explodes with colour. Laying on a bed of whipped coconut cream, this perfect combination of fluffy meringue and a crisp outer shell melts in your mouth when you eat it.
So what do you do when you are a vegan and you can't bake with cream or eggs? You turn to coconuts and chickpeas of course! The following recipe will satisfy any pavlova lover and will make you feel like Christmas is complete.

Our New Summer Menu
This summer, our focus has been on bringing more international flavours to the menu. We've taken comfort food and flavours associated with different regions and put our own unique vegan twist on them.
Come try our chickpea omelette stuffed with Chinese cabbage, bean sprout, brussel sprout, carrots and tomato chili jam (pictured) or beetroot carpaccio with a sundried tomato pesto, pear and candied cashews.
Bodhi Loves: We Are Feel Good Inc.
Every one loves to feel good. So sunscreen you can 'feel good' about makes sense for our sunburnt country. Our lotion of choice this summer, and always, is Feel Good Inc.
We especially love Feel Good's coconut sunscreen lotion in 50+, because who doesn't love smelling like they're on a tropical island?
I Am Someone Exhibition
odhi was lucky enough to be invited to the opening night of the I Am Someone Exhibition, a fine photography exhibition by Australian photographer, Gary Sheppard. Gary created a series of emotive portraits of farmed animals from Where Pigs Fly Farm Sanctuar, for which the exhibition is raising money.
The gallery was open to the public from 19 November to 1 December. Read more about the exhibition and the sanctuary on Be x Bodhi here.
