Bodhi's Mardi Gras Special | Meet Kitty | Fun between the sheets
Love is in the air
March is the season of Mardi Gras, and to celebrate, we're sipping on rainbow cocktails. Say hello to The Imperial, in honour of the pub that marked the start of The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert.
Our colourful cocktail is made from Aperol, Tuaca, grapefruit, vanilla, bitters, and topped off with all the colours of the rainbow. Come and try one for yourself.
Meet the team:
Kitty Hong Xiao
Yum cha chef Kitty has been a part of the Bodhi family for over 16 years. Originally form Hong Kong, she trained for four years with a Master Shifu dumpling chef and has worked in the industry for almost 30 years.
Picking between favourites is never easy, but Kitty loves Bodhi's signature dishes - chilli smoked soy & beetroot and cream corn & ‘chicken’. She also can't go past the combination footballs.
Lunar New Year at Bodhi
Celebrations for the year of the pig are already in full swing. Don't forget to visit us during the month of February to try our Lunar New Year special menus.
Our $35 yum cha menu includes snow pea dumplings. Our $60 evening menu features a traditional Lunar New Year dish - longevity noodles - the symbol of a long and prosperous life.
Bodhi in the media

Bodhi is loving Ettitude's sheets which are made from organic bamboo and sourced from sustainable suppliers. They're breathable, gorgeous, and vegan-friendly.
