This year’s International Women’s Day is all about #eachforequal gender equality. For Bodhi's owner Heaven Leigh, gender equality in the home and the workplace is something she has always strived for. With a big team at Bodhi to manage including two female head chefs Brooke (left) and Kitty (right), and an even bigger family, Heaven knows that great communication is key to understanding everyone's needs and ensuring people feel empowered every day. Celebrate International Women's Day at Bodhi this Sunday 8 March, with a yum cha lunch or delicious dinner while our summer menu is still available.

 

Meet the Dish: Kam Heong Stir Fry


Our Kam Heong stir fried tofu and shimeiji mushroom is served on a bed of coconut and lime cauliflower rice. For our chef Brooke, this dish reminds her of being home in Malaysia with family and friends. "At home we only eat out on very special occasions, and our family would always order a Kam Heong dish. The most important ingredients are the spices; the curry powder and leaves".
