Launching tonight: new plant-based delights

Some of the very best and healthiest veggies thrive in winter, and are packed with energy to keep you moving and grooving through the season. We've made the most of these in our new winter menu, such as cauliflower, pumpkin, leafy greens and a medley of mushrooms.

And don't fret... Many of our crowd pleasers remain on the menu too. Like our sticky and delicious finger eggplant (pictured) cooked in a delectable black rice vinegar caramel sauce until it is golden and crisp.

Bodhi loves: Mindful Steps

We’re more than flattered that vegan footwear label Mindful Steps has named a pair of its sandals after us. We love the passion of the company's creators, who believe that the only skin you should be wearing is your own. Take a peek at their Bodhi Slides here.


All things truffle 

It's truffle season, and we are super excited to be incorporating them into several dishes for the first time, including these moreish mushroom and truffle dumplings.

If you're fortunate to get your hands on fresh truffles but aren't sure what to do with them, we recommend shaving them over sautéed shiitake and enoki mushrooms.


Celebrate the season with fabulous fig cocktails

Truffles aren't the only thing in season at the moment... All hail the humble fig! To celebrate this time of year, our bar team has created four bespoke fig-based cocktails for you to enjoy.

Available this month only, take your pick from the Christmas in July, Figging Marvellous, La Paola and Valentino cocktail creations, priced at $19 each. 


Get your skates on

Once you've sampled the new menu, why not head upstairs to Cathedral Square? The outdoor space has been transformed into a winter wonderland, with ice skating available night and day, seven days a week until 22 July.
