Consider these cocktail pairings as bonuses to a stress-free, cruelty-free, delicious Valentine’s day dinner under Bodhi’s fairy lights and Moreton Bay fig trees.

Join us at Bodhi this upcoming Valentine’s Day weekend, and fuel your romantic night with our scrumptious four-course vegan set menu (at $69), which you can pair with an Australian sparkling (at $76) or one of our bespoke vegan cocktails (at $81).


And just to save you time on the menu so you can enjoy the sweet company of your date under the fairy lights, here are some cocktail pairing suggestions to complement your choice of main.



1. Chopped Salad x Outback Negroni

This hearty salad is packed with rich and refreshing ingredients, and the best cocktail to pair we reckon, is our signature Outback Negroni.


This perfect ratio of gin, vermouth and amaro leaves a lingering note that's tangy and a tad sweet, which complements the mango, kale, satay tofu, red cabbage and ginger lime combo like a match made in vegan heaven.






2. Silken Tofu x Maximus Decimus Meridius

Maximus Decimus Meridius has been ranking top on our signature cocktail menu for years, because who can turn down an orange-infused Moore’s vodka drink with the sweet additions of passionfruit and strawberries?


And it makes the perfect chaser for a pesto, pickled mango, tomato salsa and tofu concoction that is to die for in this new summer dish.






3. Finger Eggplants x Umeshu Mojito

Our Choya plum wine infused mojito is the ideal partner to our addictive finger eggplants with sweet black rice vinegar and caramel sauce.


Our recommendation is to take a sip of this fizzy and minty mojo, then dive right back into these chili coated monsters, and repeat.








4. Bodhi Original Vegan Peking Duck x Bloody Mary

Just when you think you need something light to cut through the bold flavours of our vegan Peking duck, this Bloody Mary rocks up with a sophisticated fusion of Moore's vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, and housemade vegan Worcestershire sauce to make you admit to your S.O. so how much you love them.
