Check out these top vegan recipes we put forth last year, and you'll realise 2020 did leave us with something sweet and sensational.

Tried and tested by your fellow Bodhi buddies, these fool proof plant-based dishes and drinks are good for the soul, great for the gram, and most important of all, gloriously delicious.

Can you guess which was the most popular recipe of the year?

Originated from Sichuan province, this saliva-inducing vegan Mapo Tofu is covered with a bracing spicy sauce made with fermented black beans, hot red pepper and Sichuan pepper. This plant-based version with fresh shiitake mushrooms is super satisfying and surprisingly easy to make.

A clever twist on a family favourite that's packed with veg, this vegan, dairy-free mac'n'cheese is as comforting as it is delicious. Not to mention it's a great way to sneak more greens into your diet. No wonder it made into our top list!

This creamy and comforting combo of vegan cheese, plant-based milk, nutmeg and sweet potatoes, topped with truffles, is a crowd pleaser and not too tricky to make.

An Aussie childhood favourite, made vegan. We created this recipe to ensure no one misses out on National Lamington Day on 21 July. And yes, there's a day dedicated to it, so be sure to check it out and give this bloody delicious iconic treat a try.

Keeping Happy Hour alive with this 'figgin' amazing cocktail inspired by the Morton Bay fig trees that keeps Bodhi a hidden gem in among the busy city. Featuring gin, lime juice, syrup and fig, this naughty spirit knows just how to keep you asking for more.

A fantastic vegan, high-protein, lactose-free and dairy-free milk that doesn't cost much to make. This recipe is perfect for any plant-based milk lovers.
